Hope it went well, Saucy. ( And also congrats on not having to leave your boy with the crazy abandon-the-children-in-the-car-while-I-sit-on-my-arse daycare lady anymore, too).

i truly do appreciate all of you for your love and support...it really helped boost my confidence today at the interview... as for the interview...it went really GREAT!! the attorney LOVED my attitude and determination and passion for law, HOWEVER...after talking with him, and meeting the firm's employees and associates, i knew automatically that this wasnt the firm i want to grow with. not to judge or anything, but just to be totally honest, I couldn't see myself working there. i mean, i know i was out of my element because it was my first time there meeting new people, but i just didnt feel the vibes. and that right there is important to me. The attorney was great, we got along great, but it felt like i was moving from a Hilton Hotel, to a Motel 6, just to be honest. Going to that interview just made me feel grateful for the people i work for NOW. it might be cause i;m comfortable, but i could tell that right off the bat, that that firm i interviewd with, just wasnt my type. I guess i'm just going to have to see what my current boss has to offer. I already requested for a pay increase yesterday, although he hasnt given me an answer, I'll just have to bring it up on Monday. thank you for all your love and supprt......

Keep plugging away beautiful... Stay in charge, stay in control, refuse to coast through life. You are a shining light, never dim. If your current firm doesn't significantly up your pay, anybody else would be lucky to have you.
