Come one come all to a wedding shower for Angelbaby!
I will be hosting a shower in her hometown (near Chicago) for ojarians/hugthatians who wish to join us! June 15th, Saturday... location and exact time to be determined later. I want to give fair warning for those who might be able to fly in.
I know many of you ladies have been her friends for years, and enjoy her company. I will shuttle from the airport if necessary. Please join us!

Yeah - might need to change the date, I meant the 14th - but I am hearing some others who can't make it.  What about May 31st? It isn't as ideal for me, but it is doable. Would we have takers then? Shey |

I am pretty sure I can do the 31st!! I will have the two boys (4 and 5...actually 4 and 6 by then) with me....maybe a third (14 years old)....is that okay???

Kids would be fine, and welcomed! We can probably do this lil shindig at the local park, and there's a HUGE playground, so.......there would be somewhere for the kidlets to play and let off steam while we chit chat and what have you.
The weekend of the 31st would be fine with me.....I'll just have to put in for it at work.

I would love to go and meet you all, and most importantly, be there to share in the joy! ... but will be 36 weeks pregnant by then... likely swollen as all heck and not good for travel.
I will be there in spirit though!

Ok....Rocko, I will pm you my addy....but we will likely have it at the local park, which isn't too far from where I live. This is going to be so much fun!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D Shey....I can't tell you how much I appreciate you volunteering to do this for me. J's mom, as you know, told me she was going to do it, since my mom was going to be moving to Texas, and with her passing, it's been hard for me to even think about.............I can't tell you.....  Nevermind, this is a happy thread, and I'm getting teary-eyed. *deep breath* Ok....I need to get cracking on the guest list......need to get addresses from my mom...........*sigh* So much to do, and only a month or so to do it in! |

Ok....invitation list is in the works.....got it all on a spreadsheet....just waiting for some addresses.  I will email it to you Shey, but I need an email address....I don't know that I have one for you......which is odd, as long as we've been friends. Now I really should go to bed........I have to be to work in 8 hours, which means that I have to be up in 6, and out of the house in 7. Ugh. |
