You should Keep Your Home and live where you are Because you are more comfortable there You're right, Freck, but for now, it's my pension that's keeping me here. I love my home, but it's a lot of home for a single mom...even with 2 sons. Sprinklers are my trigger for some reason. When he first left, I worried each and every time my auto sprinklers went off at 3 am. I know I have a couple that need to be replaced, but they just turned the secondary water on April 15th. I can do electrical, whatever, but sprinklers and fire-alarms freak me out! Now, how hard is a freaking fire-alarm? You simply replace the 9v.

You simply replace the 9v. ah yes, but this has to be done while holding your hands above your head....not so easy for all of us How long do you think it took me to change a light bulb the other day?...... Seriously....I got so pissed off.....I kinda wish now I had a video camera.....that would have made for some funny clips of me problem-solving like a chimp, I tell ya. ;D

I'm glad you can see the humor in it now, Kit.

I think I might venture out and make myself a box garden like that.
If I am not mistaken...I just build a box with 1 foot boxes inside it....then plant this seasons plants in each box. Then as those plants go out of season plant plants that are in for the new season....is that right???

Frecks, mulch is only $60 for an entire trailer full. Buying it by the bag is the worst deal you can get.

Then as those plants go out of season plant plants that are in for the new season....is that right??? You can build just one 4'x4' square and then just draw lines in the dirt to plant the 1' squares. Put the taller plants in the back. There's a specific amt you plant per sq. Like 16 carrots, 9 beets, 4 chives, etc, etc. Let me know if you like it. I love it!

I will get my box built...then I will buggin' you to death. ;D No problem. I love talking about it. I just wish I could do more this year, but I've not healed enough to be able to do as much as I'd like to. So, I'll live through you.

Nice job, Freck. My ex is such a wuss, he wouldn't even sit out on the grass to talk because there are bugs out there. I like a guy that will get dirty and work hard.
