First thing I do is open the selected picture in Paint Shop Pro 6
Then I crop it so as to make it just a head shot
Then I run it through Kai's Power Goo
This program morphs, and makes the picture into a movie, which is divided into many frames
I select the frames I want and save each frame indiividually
I then open up Easy Gif Animator, and import the pictures into it and create an animated Gif
I then upload the Gif to Tinypic.com and post the link on the forum.
It's a bit of work.
