Sample portions of Arugula Salad, Roasted Red Peppers, Cheesy bread, Lasagana, lamb sausage, mussels and clams, and duck with free flowing wine and some great company. YUM!

It was yesterday...I honestly don't remember. That's pretty bad. Today it's been just coffee trying to recover from 2 hrs sleep. And, now, I am too tired to even think about dinner so I might skip eating again.

Lets see......it was this HUGE (Yeah didn't even eat HALF) Greek chicken salad that T promised was sooooo good.....and let me tell you....OMG, that thing was more then good. And then a piece of garlic bread.
Thanks for dinner T. BTW, Mike was shocked that you got me to eat tomatoes. LOL!! He also said to thank you, he loved it...

A mixture I concocted from the vegetarian station of roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds, wheat berries, cous cous, plenty of dried cranberries, and just a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Very yummy and very, very autumn.
