Oh. My. God. Freck, you gotta start getting your news from somewhere without an axe to grind, buddy. Your opinions on the mideast and politics are so unbalanced that I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Try NPR. Most of the time they try to tell both sides. Ummm yes yes... the Left and the Batshit Crazy Left

Hey even Democraps don't have the market on stupidity I'd say though, that the blind adherence to a cause, doesn't excuse steamrolling........ "Liberal training camp"

I actually think NPR is pretty balanced. I consider myself more or less moderate, and I'm always impressed that they actually take the time to consider an issue rather than go for the fifteen second soundbyte. I hear them consider both sides of issues all the time. The only people I hear who say that they're liberal is conservatives.

Might I suggest BBC news? They tend to dedicate more than 4 minutes an hour to worldwide news events.

hahahaha @ Phyxius I used to have to listen to NPR for an honors class in college, and Id say they do a good job reporting the news from both sides but I would say they lean to the left. I consider myself more and more of a moderate. I've always been conservative, first as growing up, being told that is what I believed, and then later as an adult when life just became clear. But I certainly disagree a lot of times with my very conservative bf even Somewhere in that time frame in between I went a little nutz and joined the dark side

Seconded on BBC World News - it's nice to actually hear about world events. Unfortunately, it's generally aired on public television here, which as everyone knows is a bastion of the Batshit Crazy Left.

PSSSST! Phyx? Franklin D. Roosevelt - the guy who ok'ed the Manhattan Project, and Harry S. Truman - the guy who dropped Da Bomb (twice).... were both Democrats.
As an aside, I read Skynews among others like Fox, CNN, Washington Times, and the Jerusalem Post with my PG Tips tea every morning - go figure, eh? ;D

Unfortunately, that's just not the case, is it? You can lead a horse to water, but...
