Yeah you can. Set at 350 for 30-60mins depending on size and such. Poke it every so often to check.
Take a piece of aluminum foil shiny side facing the potato. Poke several holes with a fork or knife all over and then shake some salt and pepper over it after you dampen it with water. Onion salt, or garlic salt or regular whatever you like. Wrap it up tight and pop it in to cook. When you check it, just poke it thru the foil.
