Like a Sargent in the Army making them do things. I see some People that Weigh 300 Pounds and More ( I am not talking about Plump 225 to 250 ) They lay in Bed Depresed do Nothing but Eat and take Mind Pills to Zonk them Out I think they need the Mental Health Place to Hire someone to make them get out of Bed and do SOMETHING , anything. Walk, Jog, Exercise And they HAVE to do something or they *Will Not get thier Check from the Government. And Diets are no the answer. Eating *This or That How yoiu Diet is * Starve yourself. Eat Nothing and take Vitamins That is all it takes. Starvation and Hard Exercise every day I can be a Trainer. Pay me money and I will * Use my Taser* There is No Excuse to weigh over 300 Pounds Up to 250 is OK Over 300 and You need a Trainer to make you Starve and Exercise

I would actually enjoy a personal trainer - just don't want to pay the $'s for it.
I'm in the 220 range so I'm good by your standard - except I'm only 3 ft 2 inches...

I am going to stand infront of the mirror naked everyday while looking at a picture of myself 6 years ago... I think that will help me become annorexic. But, can I really survive on a tic-tac and 2 lays potatoe chips per day...

I will not survive. your cooking is better than my cooking. so please. please. put the tic tacs away. Freck, Starving people will not make them lose weight. it will make them gain even more weight, because when they finally break, they just want to eat and eat and eat. But putting them on the Special K diet would be good.

Oh, the Special K diet! I love that one: "Just replace one healthy balanced meal with a bowl of sugar and salt infused cardboard and skimmed milk and hey presto you'll lose weight!"...
Riiiiiight.... doesn't take a genius to work out if you replace a burger and fries with a bowl of ceral you'll consume less calories. Sticking to this "miracle" lifestyle change for the rest of your life? Oh yes, very easy. Except you'll die of scurvy.
The Cabbage Soup Diet - that's a great one too "Fart your way to thin-ness!".
Atkins - Stinky breath? Lethargy? Headaches? Lost 15 popunds in a week then gained 20 as soon as you atea potato chip? Yes, that'll be Dr Atkins scientific genius at work.
I hate diets. Unfortuanetly I also hate excercise. Knew there was some reason why I'm still trying to lose that last 15 pounds...

Diets suck. Just eat healthy and try to exercise at least three times a week. Not that difficult. and wow! Isn't 250 kinda big anyway? I know they do evertthing bigger in america, but...um....

And don't knock the Special K diet... I have a bowl almost every morning. It's much better than my old Cheeseburger and fries breakfast. I do have to agree with Phoenixx.. eat smart and get some exercise.

yeah i believe what you consume NOW really catches up to you in the next years to come. lugging around a 1 year old, his backpack, down 12 stairs and then the struggle to put him in his car seat every morning is enough exercise for me everyday.

That's what I can't figure out about eating disorders.... who wants to feel hungry all day? not me says Murdock!!! Besides.... girls who indulge in food also indulge in many other areas of life... (think about that one for a minute boys who like models). I want to be healthy. I was an athlete and now I a mom. My doctor told me that I will never get the amount of exercise I did as a teen, but I am healthy. My blood presure is normal, I do get some exercise, but I can eat like a football player - and that is what I have changed this past year. I have always eaten well balanced meals. PORTION CONTROL for me is working well.

today for lunch i had: a baked potato plain ramen noodles chicken nuggets (4)
thats all i had in my fridge.
i try NOT to eat out for lunch everyday...it gets tooo expensive and i know the food i order isnt healthy and very very skyrocketing high in calories.
