on Thursday. It has been in the fridge in an air tight container. Do you think it is still good today or should I dump it out and make some more. I am not really sure what the shelf like of egg salad is and I sure as hell don't want to get sick from it.

I am in no way an egg lover but I would NOT eat it if you made it on Thursday...if you have to ask yourself the ?...do not risk it and throw it out!

I agree with Sass, if you have to question it, then toss it. I have seen what food poisoning can do. It isn't pretty. We almost lost my youngest to camphlobacter when he was a baby.

They say about 3 days for any sort of salad with mayo. I'd toss it.
Make some more. Add mustard. It's like deviled eggs -- yummy. (Mmm, now I want some.)
