When I first ready this I was like "ewww" .. this is like when I read in people magazine that Jerry Springers wife is making chocolate pudding with avacado and calling it "get your kids to eat good food"... or when Rachael on Friends made an English Triffle with BEEF! No thank you.

hey sometimes meat and sweet is good together! I get cravings for these Moroccan pastries that have ground beef, onion, and spices inside filo pastry and cinnamon and icing sugar on top....it sounds weird but it's actually good. You have to try it once, then you forever crave them. "What's not to like? Custard....good. Meat and onions...Good!" to quote Joey....hee hee.

It's a sweet meat in pastry.
