My best weight was 193 after a year of steadily working out.
I've got a gut the size of a basketball and none of my pants fit.
My New Years Resolution is to resume working out and start eating right.
I will keep the fine members of Hugthat informed of my progress on a daily if not hourly basis.
Thanks for helping me stay motivated. When I can see my penis again I will post it here (not my penis, just that I can see it).

Steve, New Year's resolutions fail because people fail to make them quantifiable.
"Resume working out and start eating right" might work for you, but it has a better chance if you add more detail. Like, for example, "get to the gym 3x per week" and "vegetables at least twice a day and desserts no more than once a day".
Just sayin'.

I understand.
I joined one in september and did really well for a month but just could not keep consistent. It was only a month by month thing so at least I'm not still paying for it.

I'm right there with ya buddy....
I lost 80 pounds last year, after the hellish break-up, but I've managed to put back on about 25 "happy pounds." I've got to get them off! I even added Brian to my gym membership in hopes that we'll start going together. He's also put on about 20-30 pounds since we've been together (he blames that fact that I cook - LoL). We've yet to go. Ugh.

We will motivate each other. Can I get an extension? I have the WORST cramps, all I really wanna do is go home, order Chinese, and cuddle with my heating pad. How about starting Monday?

Sure you can!
I told my friend...I would bring her takeout and a heating pad but only after I get 6 miles in.
Crystal...you know you will feel better if you get on the treadmill... hehe

As difficult as it is to jump on there, the feeling after running for a half hour is damn good. You can't bottle the stuff that circulates around your body after a good aerobic workout. I am unfortunately speaking mostly from memory.

It's easy when it is cold outside for me to say I am not going to go...because I prefer to run outside...
But if I don't do it...than I will regret it.
This is the year of no regrets!
Jump on the treadmill...

OK - I tried to resist, but I just couldn't... You know, wizer, if you shaved your back, you could drop 30 lbs right then and there...
