Agreed. At the very least, hop online and get some details about the stalker laws in your state.

That is another very good suggestion.
Just the same, on any instance where you notice that truck, I would call to report a suspicious vehicle. And, I would talk to any neighbors you are close to and ask them to do the same. Make sure they are aware that the person driving that vehicle is not a welcomed visitor so that they understand the vehicle shouldn't be here.
When my daughter's dad started becoming my stalker, he would do this outside my work, my house, my then-boyfriend's house...Anywhere I might be. On more than one occasion I went to dinner with friends only to come out finding him sitting in the parking lot and then he'd pretend he was shopping near-by. I talked to a neighbor about the problem. She started keeping a log of anytime she saw the vehicle sitting outside. I did the same. In the end, I had to go to court for a restraining order and my neighbor gladly provided me with a log of what she had. That combined with mine did not shed a good light on what he was doing and I honestly was suprised at how many times she saw him that I didn't. It was creepy.

The police have been informed, they will do extra patrols of the area, but there is nothing else they can do because he hasn't broken any laws.

You still haven't moved your lamp to the left like I asked you to. It's completely blocking my view of your changing table.
