If a man cheats on you.... go have a threesome with his two best friends. Just an idea. that sounds a lot like the awesome revenge story i referred to above. High school boyfriend... came to my hous with a hickeys on his neck... I was like "we'll see who gets played... beeotch!" I smile when ever I look back on this. ;D P.S. His friends were HOT

It truely takes so much more energy to be toxic. I mean to be mean, bitter, revengeful...what purpose does it truely serve?
It is only going to hurt you and those that you love.
Being optimistic, happy, giving, honest, and basically a good person comes so much easier and requires very little effort.
Say "your welcome" to someone...or try "thank you"...SMILE.
Maybe it is too simplistic. I agree with what others have said that dwelling on the dark is no good and serves no true purpose...
You have to be happy with yourself and within yourself...
Radiate it...let the good shine through. The world would be more beautiful if more people realized that.

Define bad. No, I don't think you should go out of your way to be mean, but that doesn't mean you should forget about what they did to you and pretend it didn't happen. Standing up for yourself is not the same as revenge. I mean talking badly, acting mean back, etc. Is that standing up for yourself or just revenge? I think it depends. Is the talk true, or just gossip and vengeful? With certain people I think it is necessary to be a bit mean back so they get the point that what they did is wrong and hurt you. That doesn't mean you sit and plot to get your revenge, but you assert yourself and let it be known that you won't put up with their crap. With my ex, I stood my ground. I didn't go out of my way to talk bad about him to others or to do anything to him. I just let opportunities present themselves after he pulled another asshole stunt. It looked better on me in the end, but his actions didn't go unnoticed by those in the situation, and I let certain people know what he was really about. I don't think that was revenge. Revenge was putting pictures of a lover (no not sexual) on his computer before I gave it back to him for him to find. That was done to be mean, and not my finest hour.

This coming from the man who made up a lie about a member here just because he doesn't like this person and thinks she is a bitch. Isn't that what they call a hypocrite?

I made it very clear that I was only proving a point to JC. She brought it upon herself. Now, maybe rather than de-railing this thread, you can take issue with me in pm or down below.

I think the whole idea of revenge is a bit jr. high. I think there are times to speak and times when it is best to keep quite. I think that when you are wronged you have a right to speak up or disassociate yourself from the person who wronged you, if possible.
At the end of the day, most of us reap what we sow. I am smiling and thinking of Mr. Spitzer right now...those stones and those glass houses, what a lovely mess!

Richard Chaimberlain as the count, on the other hand...wow, yummy.

So is that like the rodeo position? You know... Do it doggy style, grab her hair, lean over and whisper, "You know, your sister does this better." Then try to hang on for 8 seconds... ;D

It has been more than a decade since I have been to that horrible place. And sadly, my daughter has now made the dreaded request. Void spare me!

Just don't go on a Friday or the weekend.
