(I made this for two friends - it gives you two chicken legs each). 6 chicken legs chicken seasoning lemon soy sauce paprika herb mix (includes sage, basil & thyme) brown rice several cinnamon sticks about 6 or 7 cardamoms. Wash the chicken legs. In a container mix the lemon, soy sauce, paprika, and herb mix. Rub this thoroughly into the chicken legs. Set in the oven at 260 for 30minutes (or longer, I usually like them REALLY well done so I do about 45minutes). Wash brown rice and set as usual. Sprinkle in the cardamom (but use only the seeds found inside the pods, you can easily peel them). Also snap the cinnamon sticks into small bits and add in. Cook. For a sauce I made mushroom, leeks & paprika with some gravy. Really quite easy meal, and great for conversing as you go along. Enjoy!!
