I pushed myself even harder and farther with my run today just to feel that high. I've got massive blisters on my feet that are about to bleed and I kept going and pushed through the pain.
I can't forget about my choice in music when I am running. It can't be anything happy and upbeat. I keep my thumb on the skip button on my Ipod at all times so I can skip them. It's stuff like Had Enough, Pain, Crazy Bitch, and Side of a Bullet that keeps me going and pushes me through.
Good lord, I am warped.

Problem is if you push hard enough for blisters, your feet are going to hurt too much and you will have to take a break from the exercise.
So much for my suggestion that you are risking burning yourself out if you push too hard.

I am just suggesting that you are making it worse for yourself by pushing yourself to the point of blisters on your feet.
