I have to have 2 hours training , once every year I train myself This year I will be doing * Child Safety Seats Also Rail Road Trains Safety First Put the Child Saftey seat in the back seat facing the back seat Also the best place is the middle of the seat Not by the door The Middle of the seat. Facing the back seat. I go over it in much more detail

the middle seat is only safest if it has a seatbelt with a shoulder harness. without the shoulder harness it is very bad to install a car seat in the middle.

It depends on the brand. If the seat cannot be used with a lapbelt only it usually has a big sticker on the side that states that clearly.
