Is there something wrong with this picture??

I have not done an ex-vent in a long time. It doesn't mean things have been fabulous, but I guess he has been laying low for a while. So here goes:

Why is it that, after 3 and a half years, the jackass cannot just call me, in one phone call, and leave a message about what he has to say??? He has called me SIX times this evening (3 times in a row at around 6:30pm) and three times just now (9:50pm). He left a 'silent' message after the first round of three. I can hear someone speaking faintly in the background (as if he forgot to hang up) Now he has left another message, which i have not retrieved yet.

This has been the pattern for 3.5 yrs. What if I was not sitting in front of the phone? What if I was actually doing something (the first time, I was brusing my teeth, so i missed the first 2 calls). Now I am purposely not picking it up. Not once has a 'round' of phone calls ended well. My daughter is with him, but my feeling is, that if it were urgent, he would leave a message the first time.

He is still a moron.

Oh, I sympathize, girl. My ex and I only communicate through e-mail and he's cc'ing his attonrey, my attorney, the Guardian (which frosts me because it's costing me half and haven seen squat).

Sounds like you may be in it for the long haul and isn't she only about 8? My youngest is 13, so there is some light, but I'm getting impatient now.

Good luck! Maybe consider e-mail only? If we send a more urgent e-mail, we text the word e-mail to each other. It's worked great other than cost me a ton. Then he admits tonight he bc's most of the time, but has cc'd because I said it was sneaky....well, it is!! I don't have any qualms cc'ing those when I do because I have nothing to hide.
