It really irks me when the one who acts up gets all the attention and the ones who do the right thing get s@rewed in the process.
Secondly, the teacher should have removed all the children from the building and gotten help. Maybe going to the bathroom was her only option. You should have been informed immediately of the "incident." Their behavior is totally unacceptable.
Is there an agency you can call, like the licensing agency, and inform them of what happened. Not so much to get them in trouble, but so someone will train the workers how to handle this, or any other situation.

So, how old was this kid that was freaking out??
I am not sure exactly. I am thinking 11ish.
And, as of yet, they are discharging him. He's on "suspension" for the week (though he apparently only attends 2 days per week) while they finish their investigation. However, if there are any medical issues, they certainly won't discharge him.
Right after the kids started, there was a very minor incident compaired to this one. The child that had a problem was autistic and so they felt that his outburst was a result. I could totally understand and they let him stay in the care of the center. Their hasn't been an issue with that child since. So, I am sure they are looking into all possibilities at the moment.
