This morning I woke up to the cell phone ringing, alerts beeping from my instant messenger and urgent emails filling up my inbox. Just as I'm ready to walk out the bedroom door I lean over to give a kiss to my sleeping wife. It's usually followed up with a "Goodbye Honey", but today was different.
The moment we touched I felt the warmth and softness of her lips. I notice how dry mine were and I could smell the strawberry chapstick on hers. So I smooched her some more and a little more. I rubbed my lips across her's gently squeezing first the top, then the bottom and repeat again and again. Then she licks the edge of my lips from side to side and then kisses me with a little more intensity.
I panic. Oh My Gawd. I'm thinking to myself "I gotta go to work honey". She tilts her head and kiss begins to evolve as she runs her hands along my side. I tell her "Thanks for the chapstick honey". Then untangle myself from her arms. I'll be back soon is the last thing I whisper before running out the door.

It's great you shared w/ us, but did you make it a point to tell her? If you haven't shared your words and thoughts w/ her, I can guarantee you, she WANTS/NEEDS to hear it.
It's kind of ironic. Men don't have to go buy flowers and perfume to show their love, just share a personal thought he had about you during the day and it's no contest...
