Grow your own Pecan Tree You can Plant them from Pecans Go to the store and get a Bag of BIG Pecans Plant them NOW so that the Pecans go through the Winter Then in July they will Sprout  |

How long does it take before it starts having pecans? 7-10 years IF you have a seed bearing type tree. Not all nuts grow the right kinds of trees. I think there is maybe one type that is a 5-8 year span to produce...... |

The funny part of it is that I think he gets the pecans off of property that belongs to my parents.
I just figure if he is going to take the time to gather and shell them. Then I will buy some.

oh you so suck. the only munchkin that's even remotely capable of doing it is alex, but he's about 3' too short to do it, and he'd destroy everything in his path on his way to getting it. i have to go up anyway to find socks for daniel since his have all apparently disappeared from down here. it's just irritating. |
