Sorry to hear that hun. I know how bad back pain can be. My back has been out since about 2 am Christmas morning. It's a lot better today, but I can still feel the muscle pulling. I had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights because it hurt so damn bad even with the hydrocodone.
Take it easy and don't push yourself too hard.

Ug I know, I just sat on the floor for about an hour cleaning out my daughter's room. It looks great but my back is bit ching now. Ug I have to wait till next darv time to do my son's room.

I think I am going to have to break down and take something myself. I have some errands to run this afternoon and climbing the stairs to put the kid's stuff away is not helping. I had to get a two story house didn't I?

Gosh....back ache. Its been 9 months since I tore a disc and its still killing me. Sometimes I cant even get out of bed. A warm bath helps me....maybe you guys should try that?

My mothers back was out from Dec 25th until new years eve...the bottle of tequilla rose did the trick.  |
