(from an actual memo):
During 2007 there were some branches that really excelled, providing truly outstanding branch performance or performance improvement. We assessed branch performance according to achievement measured by ROCA, gross profit margin, and operating income margin. We also measured improvements in ROCA performance, gross profit margin, and branch operating income. Those branches that rose above all others in these categories are receiving recognition and are being presented with plagues acknowledging their achievements.

My home town has a fair every year on the 4th of July. One year the posters all over town advertising the vendors for that year's fair stated that it was being hosted by the Pubic Parks Department.

Another t-shirt shop near here printed 300 shirts for the *hosital*. The hospital workers loved those. The tshirt place made them pay for them anyway because they had proofed it.
Personally I would have eaten the loss bc now everyone in town knows the _____________________ spelled hospital wrong. Good for our business.
