The issue that this will cause isn't just the cookies/history. If he does visit a site that puts adware on your machine, it will infect the whole machine, not just that user. Your kids maybe surfing and all the sudden getting 20 popup ads for porn. It is not a good idea to allow this person to use a pc that kids will be using at all. This is my opinion on it, but I told him I would look into it for him. I have now and can honestly say that I have. Freckles, who the hell do you supose he should marry?

My advice after 15+ years in IT, don't allow him to use your machine to view porn. You do not know what he is going to look at, or who he will contact. If he looks at child porn, not only can he get into legal trouble but you can to for letting him use your machine.
DON'T DO IT!!!

He lives in my home and I have requested that he stop. I will check when I get home to see if he complied. If he hasn't I will have a talk with him about it. If that doesn't work I will put a password on it and he will not be able to use it at all.

Put a BIOS password on it. That way he can't even power on the machine!

He is 65 and pretty computer illiterate.
Plus if I turn the computer off he has to get the little pole and try to poke the button to try to get it back on.

I moved all of my furniture around so that it would be accessible to him. HE likes to play pool (a pc game) and spider solitare. It is in the living room.

He is a quadriplegic. He has only a few fingers that work at all and they don't work very well.
