Keep trying. Chows are a little mean. Be careful what you wish for.

Chows are a little mean. Be careful what you wish for. If it's mean, just use the shock collar on it.

Lets all go shopping for shock collars. Maybe there will be a sale.

Some kid bit harley at daycare, through his shirt on his little love handle.. it made him bleed and he has a scar now.
i never had a problem with biting with any of my kids, but i think Sully is right, you just have to find something that works for your kid. good luck!

I'm glad he had a better day at school! Thats encouraging! We had the same problem with my son and we tried everything to get him to stop. The usual crap you get now days about "setting the child down and explaining to him that that is not anything he wants to do....looking into why he is choosing to act that way...having him sit and ponder about why did that behaviour"... What did we end up with that put a stop to it? I bit him everytime he did it to his brothers. Put an end to it. He was also VERY destructive to everyone else's stuff. After a few years of trying everything, I finally had enough and I took a hammer to a set of 106 crayons that he absolutly loved and smashed them to bits in front of him. That stopped it as well. Is he an axe murder today? No. He is working hard to raise kids and maintain a family but he loves me and calls me all the time. When I drove 14 hours to see him, he came running up to hug me. So given the perspective of many years later, it all worked out. Just my .02$
